Wrong item delivered

Coat looks nice but does not match pictures or description. Clearly ordered a zippered coat. I received a 4 button front instead

Nice chat/ bad piping on pockets

The pockets have piping that looks very cheap. Otherwise a very nice coat. I’m planning to return because it’s all I see. I bought it for my husband for Christmas but won’t even wrap it for him.
