Only been having this jacket for 2 weeks and the feathers are coming out from every stitch. Its not warm enough for NY frigid temps

Zipper Quality Issue

Cute coat but the zipper makes this coat feel cheap. It feels mechanical, makes noise, and doesn’t zip up smoothly. I expected quality zippers for an expensive coat. I returned it for this reason.
