Never received the order

I have been trying to call customer service but have no luck. I never received this coat and it says delivered! Ridiculous Never expected a service like this from Macy's! Please get back to me if your team is reading this! I never received the product but I got charged for it. Either give me my return or ship the product! Extremely disappointed with customer service without any support

Beautiful, functional winter coat

This coat is awesome: super warm, flexible with vest zip, pockets are deep, and the hood stays on even in wind! The coat looks exactly like the pictures with a waist detail that highlights a slim waist.

Best heavy jacket to have

I love this jacket and this a second one I own. It’s very heavy and protects you from tough brutal cold winters. The bib also gives you the extra protection and keep you warm.

One small flaw.

This is a lovely blue long puff coat. It comes to just above my knees and I’m 5’4”. The problem I am having is the zipper has started coming undone. For the money I paid it shouldn’t happen. I would also like to see deeper pockets and maybe another pocket inside the coat. It does keep me warm.
