TERRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased a pair of sneakers through Macy’s website. On 12/24, I received an email confirming that the package had been delivered, but I never received it. I spent about 30 minutes searching for the package and checking with my neighbors, with no luck. I then contacted Macy’s customer service and spent another 15–20 minutes explaining the situation to the agent. I was told that a replacement would be shipped and that I would receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. A full week passed, and I never received any follow-up from Macy’s. When I reached out to customer service again, I was told to wait until 1/02 because the package was “expected” to arrive then—even though my order still shows as delivered on 12/24. The agent was very dismissive and showed little concern. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it left me very upset.
