GETTING RIPPED OFF AT MACEY’S

I was very disappointed on the way Macy’s handles their returns, I purchased a coat and they sent me the wrong size. In the meantime of trying to get my refund. I ordered another coat got the right size and still waiting on my refund. Call back a couple weeks later and ask where my refund is on my first coat and they tell me they issued me a gift card for my refund. I was furious. I paid for this coat out of my checking account and was hoping to get the refund back on my debit card instead they try to give me a gift card, which is forcing me to put the money right back into their pockets. How dare them, I am going to take this further to corporate, and even further if i have to When you purchase something at a store and have to return it, you expect that money to be refunded to you on the same card that you bought it with but they think that they can just put it on one of their gift cards so you can come back and spend it in their store, makes me wonder how many times some poor old woman got ripped off by getting a refund on a gift card that she probably never ever used Shame on you Macy’s, you can do better. I know one thing I will never ever purchase an online order from your company again.
