not worth the trouble

Been waiting for more than 9days since ordering through Macy’s. I wanted to cancel this item because it was on a back order with no known shipping date. I can’t believe that Macy’s is putting items on its web site for customers to order and wait and wait until 3rd party fulfills it , with no option to cancel the order. Frustrating experience. Next time I will make sure the item is available before placing order through Macy’s.
