Help - Like Fan - Chipped Blade

This was a Christmas gift. We like the fan but one of the fan blades had a chip on the outer edge that we noticed upon unboxing it. It is enough to cause a vibration. I haven’t found any other way to reach out to Comfort Zone Products other than here. How can we get a replacement blade sent out?

the bearings seized up in less than 1 year of use - blade will not spin, it would start with a push but now nothing

Adequate but not excellent

This fan gets the job done, but it does not thrill me. On the positive, features are good and it moves the air well. On the negative, the grill surrounding the blades is thin-gauge metal and either it arrived with a few bends in it or I bent them just while handling it--with reasonable care--during assembly. I was able to bend them back to acceptable appearance. It is not quiet by any means. In oscillation there is a noise that I haven't been able to track down yet. A template to help with mounting would be a nice addition to the documentation. The weight of the unit does not seem to be specified in document, I had to look elsewhere for that in order to choose the appropriate hardware to mount it. There is not a lot of selection to choose from in this product category, but if and when I have to replace this product, I probably will shop around more for alternatives.

Ok at best!

I mounted the fan in my 3 season porch which wasn’t too bad but I was surprised that the fan was not flush against the wall! Then when I tried to screw in the securing knob I could not get it to thread ! I tried it without the fan and it screwed in but with difficulty since the screw had to be lined up perfectly . When mounted no matter how I moved the fan I could not get the screw perfectly aligned! The screw should have a pointed end to help guide it into the threaded hole.

No remote?

The fan is decent although the blades are really flimsy. The screw designed to hold the fan to the bracket just doesn't fit into the hole. But my biggest complaint is the lack of the remote. You can't access some of the features without the remote. I don't see an option to buy additional remotes. SO if you lose your remote later, this may be a problem for you.

Partially satisfied

I bought one of these for my bedroom because I liked the idea of not having to have a stand or dresser to set it on. I like it so much that a few months later I purchased another one for the other side of our bedroom. Here's where my issue comes in, why were they designed to have every fan synchinized to one remote. You can't adjust each fan with the remote if you have more than 1 in the room which I hate.

Works Great

Love this fan in our garage. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars and not 5 is because the remote control broke rather quickly. Would love to be able to get a new remote as the fan is installed somewhat high up for my height??
