Cheaply Built.

Fan was easy to assemble and seemed to work great, until .... I left it on the second speed overnight to help dry out a garage floor. When I went to turn it off the next morning, it was laying on the floor, still running. Three of the four legs had either cracked or broken off and it fell over. Received the fan as a Christmas gift, so I don't have a receipt to return it. Would not recommend this product.

Cheap stand

Just like the three fans at my parents home that are broken. (The legs are cheap built) The same as the one I just recently bought. Was my only option at the time, and was desperate. My son warned me that this would happen. Seem they should change up their design.

Haunted fan?

The fan WON'T turn off. I turned it off with the remote once and 10 minutes later it started up all on it's own.

super annoying beeping

the fan is ok and fairly quiet - except every time you change a setting, it BEEPS. utterly annoying at night if someone else was trying to sleep

Great Company, Great Products

I had my 1st fan 3 months, had the locknut come off, causing the fan blade to break. Called customer service, filed a claim sent them the information they needed. A week later new fan came. Put new one together quickly and now this great little fan is doing it’s job of keeping room cool. Would buy again since company backs up their products. In time need one for my basement.

Was a great fan

Bought about 3 months ago, it was a great little fan, cooled just fine. Only problem I have is the thread locknut keeps falling off. Each time I have to take it apart and put it back on I get it as tight as I can, well today for the 4th time it fell off while the fan was running now I have a broken fan blade, one blade broke off completely, now the fan unless and I have only had it just a little over 3 months, the fan did it’s job for what I bought it for until today. I will call customer service tomorrow, since they are closed now and see if I can get a replacement fan blade and locknut and then it will be the great little fan again.

It was a good fan until the leg support cracked

It was a nice fan until the Pedestal leg holder broke..fan is now unusable

Instructions SUCK!

Good fan and remote control is nice, but man did those instructions SUCK! Approach with patience and time.
