Not 4 me
I've used Homedics in the past and had great results however, this particular model didn't do it for me. I guess I was expecting it to feel like the open front "Boot Shaped" one. Oh well
This little machine is amazing!
I waited over a month to write this review so it would be accurate--hands down, this is the most relaxing foot & leg massage machine I have ever used. I don't use the first auto program, because the last few minutes squeezes too tight on my calves, but when I make my own adjustments, it's perfect. I like that this machine gets the top & bottoms of my feet, ankles, and calves. My husband loves it too.

Very relaxing message
I like to slip my feet and legs into this messager and unwind after a hard day at work. It’s also aesthetically pleasing, so I have no problem leaving it set off to the side in the living room.

Great bottom of the foot massage!
I bought this for my husband who is on his feet for shifts at the hospital that are12+ hours. He LOVES it! He unwinds every night after work with a 15 minute session. He says the roller and kneading action on the bottom of his feet feels amazing. He enjoys it so.much that I had to give it a try, too, and it is SO worth it! I love usingnit with the heat setting turned on. We are really grateful to be able to soothe these tired feet of ours! The o ly thing that would make it better is if the compression could be controlled during the programmed setting. It's a little too tight for both of us.

Wraparound compression wonderful!
Provides thorough massage for feet and calf. I found the wraparound compression to be a more “fuller” experience than the open based Homemedics foot and calf massager.

Decent but not keeping
Purchased a few days ago. The heat is great, Massage OK but the calf area is lined with a cloth that is very itchy.

A medical necessity for chronic swellilng
Product has worked perfectly to essentially eliminate swelling in my feet, ankles and lower calves. My doctors kept pushing me to wear compression socks, which I find entirely uncomfortable and refuse to wear, or to take "water pills" - which have well-known side-effects. No thanks! I had confidence in Homemedics because I've had positive experiences with some of their other products years ago, but this is the best one for me yet. Both my wife and I use it daily, 2 or 3 times a day. Highly recommended.

More autonomy with settings would make this better
Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. Pros: It has great compression It warms up You can adjust the pressure Cons: - You have to sit a certain way to use it - If you have feet under size 10 mens/womens, it isn't effective - You can't really "control" it. What I was hoping for was multiple settings and variations to adjust to needs/preferences. If this had a remote so you can control the different kneeding such as the rate of speed and firm or light pressure as well as timing then it would have five stars. I'm debating if this is worth the hassle to return.
