STOP WORKING

I bought this steamer in October 2025. We are now in February 2026, and the steamer just stopped working. Upon plugging in, the lights come on, but it does not turn on.

Disappointing

I find the steamer to be very heavy and awkward to use. The results are disappointing. I have to go over each section 5 or 6 times to get the slightest bit of smoothness from the fabric.

Don't waste your money - Brand new doesn't produce

Brand new , heats up - no steam what so ever. No instructions to fix it. Used distilled water and followed the directions to start it.
