Simple to use!

I purchased this after seeing my sister use the same thing on a recent visit. I tried it on a very wrinkled cotton jacket and it was literally wrinkle free in less than 15 minutes! I love it!

I would not buy this!

I just bought this -- no steam coming out. I've been searching the internet to figure out how to prime it but the troubleshooting ideas aren't working. I would definitely not recommend buying this.

Just picked this up because I read the reviews. I must say it does a great job. However, someone definitely used it and returned it. The box did not contain any instructions or how to’s with the extra attachments. A little disappointed, Macy’s!
