Quick and easy

Absolutely love how quickly and effectively this works! The first time of use, I smelled something like plastic burning and was worried that I may have a defective unit. This must have been left over residue or something because I've used it at least a dozen times since without any issues. So happy with this purchase!

Needs to be improved

I loved it at first but then water was leaking everywhere the tank has inlet that has a little dent so it doesn't seal properly when it's put back in that's where the water leaks from makes no sense

Leaks super large amount of hot water all over

The steam works great ,Only it leaks all over.I had two large puddles on my bathroom floor and the mat, also it drips hot water on my foot!

Can iron/press/steam out wrinkles n many attchmnts

My sixteen year old son surprised me with this turbo steam/press iron as a Mother’s Day present.I had been eyeing it and was going to purchase it for myself,but he purchased it and I’m so happily in love with it!

Has issues

Heated up fast an ok but spit water out the end messed up my cloths ! Has an obvious issue with the design! Also spit hot steaming water an burnt my had as it ran down the handle!

Poor Results

It doesn’t work has no information on how to clean it. Maybe it’s clogged. I don’t know so anyone has any information. Can they please get help me.

Reservoir won’t come out

I’ve had this steamer for about a year and it has always been a problem getting the reservoir to come out so I can refill it. There’s no release button so it’s always a struggle to push and pull in every direction while holding it with the other hand. It’s always a fluke when it finally releases. It works fine once I can refill it but it’s quite difficult so I tend not to use it. I will probably buy a different brand when I decide to dump this one.
