Macy's not very good!

Terrible. A lot of over charge. poor quality merchandise.

This item not like at all. Too small.

Does not work

Macy"s sent me a used item, I bought it over the holidays and when I was ready to use it it was not turning on and a strange chemical smell was coming from it. Called Macy"s and refuses to give my money back. So disappointed I have been a loyal Macy"s shopper for over 25 years.

held up great

Buying a new one! I bought this 11 years ago and it just stopped working. it cooks 3 cups of raw rice - makes six cups cooked rice. great cooker for the price. so I am buying a new one just like it!

Full of toxic chemicals

I threw it away. The paint was chipping away after one use, giving off a weird smell. It actually smelled like my house was full of toxic chemicals.

Item Not as Stated

This rice cooker is a 3 cup not a 6 cup as advertised. it came new in the box and works well. it cooks evenly and does not scorch the rice. I would compare the advertised price against other vendors. but I will keep it as it works well
