Arrived broken… Twice

Ordered this sofa and drawers arrived snapped. Asked for a replacement and arrived broken in the same place. This seller needs to package this better

I was so excited for this couch, the color I initially ordered was unavailable. I received an email offering two other colors, I chose the Gray. This was already disappointing, but it also arrived broken, and made of cork?
