Doesn't work

Brand new, turns on and everything works except the actual swing. It won't swing. Lights flashing every time the swing moves forward when swinging by hand.

Must have weight in swing

Ok I’m writing this review to hopefully be helpful to others! As a lot of you have said the swing doesn’t work upon first try and I had the same issue and spent A LOT of time googling and trying to troubleshoot. Then for whatever I had this thought that maybe it wasn’t working because there wasn’t any weight in the swing. I put something in the swing I had close by weighting a few pounds or so and it magically worked!

Need new swing

Bought yesterday. Brand new batteries in swat and it doesn’t stay on. Swings for less than a minute before coming to a complete stop and no more movement. My daughter is 3 months old, 12 lbs. well I’m the requirements. Call customer service and waiting 20+ minutes for someone to answer. Just waiting music playing.

does not swing

seat is supposed to accomodate up to 9 mos, my grandson is 3 mos and nearly too big, but doesn't really make a difference because the darn thing will not swing! Tried new battries,no go.

Stop swinging after a minute

Bought this with super high expectations. We put it together per instructions, brand new batteries etc. once all put together we tested how he likes it and it stopped swinging after a min. We watched countless videos seeing if we turned it on wrong. Went through multiple websites to see if we did something wrong during assembly. Super disappointed

A must yo have

This swing have save me so many times . My newborn loves it. Rock him very gentle and is safe for him. Very soft and easy to travel too. I been using it since he was born , he’s 3 months now and he still love been rock .

It's perfect!

I absolutely love this swing. It is so quiet compared to some other swings. The music is perfect to soothe a little one to sleep, too. I love how it folds up and makes it easy to store or transport. This is the perfect swing/seat! Highly recommend.
