nice looking but

Once put together, the piece looks nice. it's a nice rich gray tone. the assembly directions were horrible, the steps were out of order. also, given that sever pieces are particle board, some of the screws tore the board. also the doors are misaligned. I'm guessing because the holes for the door aren't lined up correctly. however once put together it looks really nice

Looks great. Just one setback.

Directions were a little off, because it would explain how to do one part, but not all four sides. The leveling of the doors at the end was also a bit tedious. If you're like me you want it to look even across the board. The shelves in my opinion would of been better if they offered other holes to adjust to different sizes of shoes. That's why I gave it a four. My husband is a size 14, so he can only fit his low tops and slides on the shelves. High tops or boots will not fit, because the shelves are not adjustable. It sits in our foyer so when walk in our keys and some of our shoes can go in and on it. Overall the quality and look of it after putting it together is exactly like the picture.
