unsightly cords/misrepresentation

I received my Vibe and noticed that the accompanying electrical cords were white instead of the black ones pictured. I reached out to the company regarding exchanging them for the black ones and they said it wasn’t possible because they no longer package them with black cords. Depending on where you are planning to use this item having white cords are an eyesore and cheapens the appearance. I purchased this item for appearance and functionality. Who knows if it works because I’ll be returning it due to false representation online.

2 failed in 4 year span.

This is the 2nd cooluli that I purchase in 4 years. The first one lasted less than 2 years and was smaller, it would no longer cool or warm. Now this one stopped working less than 2 years also and shuts off after I unplugged it for a day and turned it back on, no longer cooling. I purchased this model in February 2022 and it’s Sept 2023 now. Maybe purchase a warranty with it? Not sure the average lifespan of these things but don’t know if I’ll purchase another, that’ll be 3 in less than 4 years which seems ridiculous. Maybe save up for a more expensive and better brand. This is good for a short term solution.

Very Pleased

Awesome! I purchased this very small and lightweight refrigerator for my daughter's office. I tested it, and an entire gallon of milk fits into it. She's very pleased with it.
