Wonderful pillow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow comes rolled up and flat as a pancake. Once you follow the directions, throw it in the dryer and voila! The pillow is all fluffed! I haven’t had to take out or add more stuffing but having that option is good.

Quality, adjustable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pillow for almost two years now and it is the first pillow I have ever had that has maintained its loft. I periodically adjust the filling if it's compressed and it's like new. While I keep a moisture proof, hypoallergenic cover on it, the protective case on the pillow is durable, no zipper issues. Worth the money for the quality construction and flexibility of the fill.

Still unsure...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still not sure i love this pillow. I added the additional foam, which helped a little, but I still wake up with neck pain almost daily. I find myself wanting to fluff it more throughout the night. I may send it back.
