Absolutely LOVE this Copper Chef Pan & Lid

I bought this pan many months ago and have nothing but praise. I have made many cakes, brownies, casseroles, meat dishes, etc., and never used one drop of oil, butter or anything and it all just slides out of the pan. If you let cakes cool for a little while, just take a plate, cover the pan and invert it. Cakes comes right out. In so far as brownies are concerned, I use a plastic knife to cut them and then use a silicone spatula to get them out. I just want to ensure that my pan stays nice and even though you probably can use metal, I do not and my pan still looks like new. And I like the pan so much, that I decided to buy a very good friend one for Christmas. I will have to say that Copper Chef really makes some nice cookware. :-)
