Very Good Pan

Cooks all types of food extremely good and even cooking. The only drawback is that the handle on the lid gets hot when cooking. Have to use a pot holder to lift it while cooking.

Even egg stuck on this "non stick" pan

It's good for a couple months using it carefully, then the food started to STICK on this pan every time, even just cook an egg. I called Copper Chef's customer service, she told me there's no 5 yrs manufacturing warranty, she kicked the ball back to Macy's. Their customer service agent just totally ignore consumer, I will never buy Copper Chef product again. I always hand wash it, follow the care & cooking instruction, but the surface of the pan just non stop STICKKKKKKKKKKKKKKG!!!

Very east to clean, I am using these pans a lot. Heats evenly and I bought different sizes of these pans.
