BROKEN

Arrived completely shattered in the box. I have no clue why it wasn't marked as fragile, especially when MULTIPLE OTHER REVIEWERS have had the same experience. Then when I talked with support, they said they can't confirm that they can mark the box as fragile. ??? Macy's, do better.

Deceptive

I was looking high and low for the CorningWare round French white casserole. Your website said you had the original even showed a picture of it. Then after several attempts to deliver it after delays they sent me the new version which I did not want.

Ordered two, both came broken

I ordered two of these and both came broken, there are soo many reviews on broken delivery, Macy should do a better job at packaging.

Round dish - Hard to find with a lid

The pot itself is fine. The new lid is flimsy and slides around. The first delivery was broken into many pieces. I had to drive to Macys and return and buy a new one. They need to pack better. The quality in the past was much better. Dishes with lids are few these days. I took soup to my mom's house. It spilled all over the car. Again, lid isn't secure.

Was not available locally, ordered, arrived broken. Credited back to my Macy's card. Associate was very gracious in the mail order pickup area.
