Irresponsible packaging.

Dish was delivered completely broken in many pieces. Whoever packed it, simply wrapped the item loosely in plastic and stuck it in a mailing box.

Poor shipping and return policy

This arrived in pieces. There was almost no bubble wrap and was shipped in a box too big so it rattled around. Not even a “fragile” warning on the box! To return it I was told I would forfeit the shipping and handling fees which I found unacceptable as it was of no fault of mine for the shipping. And the local Macys I went to exchange this did not carry it so I would need to have it re-shipped.

Very disappointed :-( !

I received this casserole broken into several pieces. It was wrapped with just a bubble wrap. No wonder it broke. I am very disappointed with Macy's quality of the shipment. I have to return this product.

Bought this as a replacement for a similar style. The lid on the original one blew up after being in the microwave. Luckily, my husband’s eyes were protected with glasses. He also needed to take the disposal apart to clean out the glass. We ordered a new one because we so enjoyed the easy clean up and attractiveness of the design. We are hoping that the newer ones are designed to withstand heat and not blow up.
