Arrived broken

Macys packers need to learn how to package glass items this dish came in a box only wrapped in one sheet of paper wasn't secure in box no bubble wrap so I am not surprised it came broken I am returning item and will not reorder!

Poor packaging, no option for exchange, just refund. What a shame! Zero stars

Received damaged

It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful pot, but I did receive it damaged as many of the reviews stated. Instead of a refund, I asked for another casserole dish and again received that damaged. I will never order anything for Macy’s that can arrive broken. It’s sad because it’s a beautiful dish, but the attendant that took care of me after my second order was absolutely wonderful and refunded my money.

Over an Hour to place an order over the phone

I placed an order online within 10 minutes. When I tried to edit the shipping address, there was no edit button, and I never submitted the order. So, I called your customer service number and spoke with Angie in the Philippines. Went through reverifying myself and asking how I could edit my online order? After all of that which took 12 minutes, she decides to transfer my call to an online Security Agent, also in the Philippines. I had to repeat all of the above, again! Now it's, 25 minutes into this call; only to find out there is no "Edit" button and then they canceled my online order on their end. Took a whole new order over the phone. Macy's needs to get their online app up to date. I will never order another thing online with Macy's!!! Luckily, the agent stated she would send my package express without an extra fee.

Perfect for my needs

Perfect replacement for older, round casserole with no handles. Liked it so much I bought another one same size and a larger one, too.

Just meh.

This is not the Corningware that our mothers and grandmothers purchased. I was lucky that this piece arrived unbroken. Gone is the thick glass covers of the past. I guess the best I can say about this is that the 1 1/2 quart size is perfect for a side dish. I ordered the next size up, and that Corningware piece arrived smashed. Back it went.
