Mixed Review

The casserole itself is heavy and should be durable. The handles make it much easier to remove from the oven, unlike the round one. However, the lid is flimsy glass and the handle twists. I do not think it will last long before it breaks. Also disappointed that Corning no longer is made in America. So pleased with the dish itself but not the lid. Would recommend while cautioning.

Broken in shipping and refunded by store credit

I ordered these casserole dishes during a sale. Upon receiving them, they were both shattered with shards of glass everywhere because they were not properly wrapped, thrown in a box, covered with brown packing paper on top, and not labeled fragile for shipping. Upon reaching out to customer service thru chat, and picking the option to reship versus a refund because I wanted the dishes, I was not told they were out of stock.It was not until after the chat I received an email saying I was refunded a store credit for the amount of the order $80. That meant to ship the new items, they would be charging my credit card again as well as not honoring the sale price of the items. I returned to chat and requested the new shipment, current return and store credit be cancelled as I did not want a new set which would likely be received damaged again and foced to take a second store credit of over $80. This is a complete scam on Macys part and they have lost me as a customer permanently.

Arrived broken

Macys packers need to learn how to package glass items this dish came in a box only wrapped in one sheet of paper wasn't secure in box no bubble wrap so I am not surprised it came broken I am returning item and will not reorder!
