So pretty AND Comfortable!

I'd been eyeing these boots for a while and finally decided to try them when they went on sale. They are very pretty and SO comfortable. I love the low heel. Be aware though...It isn't apparent in the pictures or description, but the top part of the boot is not structured. Once you zip them up, they stay up and look really nice though. I ordered them in the tan after I got the black ones because I like them so much. They are versatile and will be so easy to wear with many outfits.

Terrible Customer service NONE

needed to return one pair after purchasing two pairs for size they were not available in the store to try on. I’ve had no luck in reaching this vendor. Macy’s won’t return them since it’s a third party, now past 30 day window, even though I tried returning to Macys within the window, their system was wrong, customer service 800 # said I still had time to return. This vendor, Rag Co does not return emails, Macy’s customer service no help at all either, will not purchase anything from Rag Co again, but booties are stylish.
