Ruined Christmas

ZERO STARS!!! I was assured BEFORE I ordered TWO of them, that they would be here before Christmas. Why would I make the purchase otherwise? Tuesday morning I get a notification that they won't be here until Christmas Day. Its Christmas day and I am writing this review. It was a gift for my fiancee. How embarrassing that I didn't have it to give her. Im beyond angry. There are NO photos because I don't have the product.
