Never Received

Ordered as a gift. When it didn’t arrive in time, I checked my order. It indicated it was shipped, so continued to wait. Still hadn’t arrived 3 weeks later so sent a message to the seller to ask when it would be received. Only message back was that a refund was issued. No comment or explanation on what happened to the pizza oven, or if it was still coming or not. Just the refund. Well, apparently it is not coming.
