damaged stools

I ordered 2 sets of stools and 1 set came damaged. sent emails and called customer service. Christmas gift for daughter delivered on December 17th and still haven't heard back from anyone. I am a platinum card holder and am very disappointed in the way this is being handled by Macy's. I need a replacement for this damaged product asap!!!

Bar stools

The seat is not firm, they sink in the middle as if there's no support there. Will not ever buy again, I'm currently looking for replacements. Is was a waste of money.
