SO FAR SO GOOD

So far it's good. I had a hard time connecting the hose to bases. I would recommend everyone to buy a insulation sleeve for your hose. I will be buying a insulation cover will update again once I get the sleeve and use a bucket to dump your water

Not as advertised.

It clearly says 8000 BTU but on the unit it states that it is a 5000 BTU . I did not get what I paid for . When I tried to use the remote it would not work. I took the batteries out that came with it and one of them were completely rusted on the positive end. I bought batteries and it worked. I kept it because who wants to send back such a large package.
