Disappointed

Upon purchasing this product I attempted to reach out the to the company to find a longer window attachment they did not respond to emails they did not respond to phone calls I'm not sure this business still exists if it does exist I'm not sure they sell this model. I am very disappointed that Macy's sold this product either knowingly or unknowingly it seems like perhaps this was just some sort of way to get rid of products that have no way to be fixed or returned. I say this as my product is now 2 months old and seems to have a frozen thermostat switch you cannot turn the temperature up or down without it turning itself off and I have no way to return and I have no way to get help from the company. In addition if I would have researched this company prior to purchase you can see they have multiple lawsuits against them for fault units
