Poor Packaging

My order (electric heater) was shipped without a mailing box. Fortunately, I was able to take my order from the driver's hand. Had I not been there at the appropriate time to receive my package, my electrical device would’ve been unprotected on the ground and perhaps succumbed to the weather. So far, the heater appears to be fine.
