GOOD VALUE LAMPS

LAMPS WERE SHIPPED QUICKLY, WELL PACKAGED AND WHAT I EXPECTED WHEN I OPENED THE BOX - EXCEPT ONE OF THE LAMP SHADES WAS BADLY MALFORMED (CLEARLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT WELL BEFORE ARRIVING AT MY HOME). I USED CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUICK RESOLUTION OF THE ISSUE (NEW SHADE SENT TO ME).
