    • Re-season before next use. To season your pan, heat it on the stovetop unit it is very hot, carefully rub a neutral oil with a paper towel. Continue to heat pan until it smokes: rub the oil around again & then allow to cool completely

    • Clean your pan thoroughly after each use by washing it with soap and water and removing any debris from the bottom, dry immediately.

Don't waste your money.

This item is extremely dangerous. We started to prep the pan per the directions. Two minutes on the burner and the pan exploded, it sounded like a bomb went off. Returned immediately. No one has contacted us regarding this mess, even though we phoned in a complaint.

It keep getting Rusty if you just leave it with one drop of water!
