I ordered 3 crosses, but only received 1 in the package. I have been dealing to get a refund for tis since October 21, 2023. I had to buy them and paid for them AGAIN since I needed 3 crosses (since I received 3 necklaces) and I needed them for Christmas present for my 3 grandchildren. Be careful..I called, talked, to different reps about 10 times and finally after months got a denial for the refund. I have not give up, still triing to get the refund. I went to the store, but all they did was get someone on the phone.

cross pendant is no real gold

I bought this pendant in August 26 2023 and January 30 2024 I saw my pendant different color like bronze color. I when to Macys and they said only 36 days to returned. I was thinking that this kind of material is last for ever. Real gold never changed the color.
