Sturdy, heavy, great quality and detailed crucifix. Sturdy chain with lobster clasp. Love it!

Chain Broke after two months

I got it on February 3rd, gave it to my husband in March as a birthday present and this past week in April the chain broke. We were in the kitchen and he just felt something going down his neck, he didn't pull it or anything. It's very upsetting as the cross is a very nice size, but the quality is disappointing. Macy's customer service stood by its product enough for me to hopefully get it fixed as it was outside the 30 days returning window. I hope it won't cost me more to fix it than what they credited me. I'll know once I take it to a jewelry place. Macy's customer service is excellent, this particular product is not.

Broke after 4 months

Bought for this my boyfriend for our anniversary and as he was putting it on the chain ripped.
