Sizing and Refund Issues

I love this pair of boots, but the right boot was huge on me and the left fit well. The packaging paper looked as if it had been shredded, too. I liked this boot so much, I ordered it again to see if this was a fluke. I love them and plan to keep them. However, I have not received the refund for the other pair of boots. The company sends products in the original packaging, wrapped in cellophane. So, I packed three pairs that I was returning in one Macy's box and mailed them back. I know the company received the boots because I was refunded for one of the three pairs. I sent an email asking about the other refunds. No reply. When you send the message, a pop-up indicates they'll get back to you within two days. Not in my case. I still have not heard back. I sent two emails today, one regarding each order. We'll see if they get back within two days this time. If I do not receive refunds, I'll return this pair. I already own two pairs I don't have access to.

Stylish and Comfortable!

I received lots of compliments on these. They are comfortable right off the bat, so no need to break in. I do wish these had leather soles as it's hard to dance with the rubber soles.

For the two Christmases and a birthday, I have purchased my daughter a new pair of cowboy boots to replace the far-beyond-scuffed, worn-through-the-soles pair she's had for more than 10 years. This Christmas she just asked for the old one to be re-soled and salvaged as much as possible. But I figured I'd give it one more effort. These didn't arrive to her until after the holiday. She called with her first words being "They're beautiful! They're perfect! I just put them on and they are so comfortable before even breaking them in." Yes! I did not see them in person but she said the snip toe is perfect, not to pointed; not too squared off. Knowing I don't do pointed or square at all; and not overly fond of the usual snip, she suggested I try these as a compromise and something besides the 4 pair of round toes I wear. Think I may have to check them out. For now, fourth time is a charm. My 30 year old daughter is sporting in hot new boots. Two thumbs up and a twist for mom.

Never found a pair of boots I liked until now

I have never spent a decent amount of money on boots because I never liked how they looked, but when I tried these on I knew they were perfect, I have always had a hard time finding ones that didn't flare out at the calf and because of that I hated wearing boot cut jeans, these fit so perfect I can wear them with anything. They fit good, don't hurt your feet at first, amazing to dance in, and really compliment my calves. All around the best boots I've ever bought.

Great All Around Boot!

Usually when you buy a boot you have to break it in, but this boot was comfortable from the first time I put it on! Love It!!!
