Wonderful coffee maker!!!!
Wonderful coffee maker. So glad I purchased it. I like it comes with its own reusable coffee filter. Choosing the coffee strength prior to brewing is a nice feature as well...I like my coffee DARK & STRONG. The design is sleek and doesn't take too much space on the kitchen counter. Thanks, Crux!!!!
Poor customer service
I ordered this coffee maker for my family of 6 and less than a year later the hot plate cracked. I went back and forth with Crux/ Sensio Bella customer service for three months before they finally told me what I needed to submit for a refund. I really wanted a replacement but the cost of the unit has increased by $10. Not good customer service if the unit breaks.

I would recommend this coffee pot.
I love this coffee however, I had a family break the carafe I am having a hard time finding a replacement I only had the coffee make a very short time. rI would eally like to know where I can purcha see a replacement for the broken pot
Terrible Product and Terrible Support
I actually have the Triple Brew Coffee maker which appears to no longer be sold by Macys. It is a TERRIBLE coffee maker. The coffee maker is 1 month old. The Keep Warm setting programmable function broke after 1 use and the carafe handle has deteriorated and all the gold has come off. I tried to use the warranty and Sensio (Crux parent company) tried to make it out like I could not follow directions even after sending them a video showing it didn't work. DO NOT BUY a CRUX product they are cheap and not worth the money and you will not get any support. I have been dealing with their support for a month and finally giving up. I am going to buy a quality Cuisnart.

Super easy to use
I love my new coffee maker. I enjoy the timer which I can set it and have coffee made when I wake up in the morning. Super easy to use and easy to clan as well. Love that fact that I do not have to buy coffee filters due to it coming with a reusable one where I can just rinse off and pop back in.

I’ve been using this coffee maker for few months and I’m in love with it! It’s so stylish, I got so many compliments from my guests. It’s so easy to use, it’s compact. Is it BPA Free
I would like to know if the plastic that comes in contact with coffee or water is BPA free? Wrote to email provided, and it was invalid. Concerned!
