Pretty, but very toasty!

Beautiful design. The toaster seems to almost burn our bread even on a low setting. We pretty much have to keep it on the lowest setting.

Toxic odor

Loved the look of this toaster. Had bought as a gift, but unfortunately, after I tested it out, I noticed it gave off a toxic odor. Wanted to exchange it but, none others are available.

Worlds slowest toaster

This has to be the world's slowest toaster. It takes about four and a half minutes just to toast bread. If you have the patience to wait until it finishes, your toast is more dried out than toasted. Great for making bread crumbs. Also seems to smoke more than it should when toasting. I'm searching for a replacment.

Hot Bread

Haven't used it yet, but it looks great. Slightly larger than I expected, but the metal is nice and doesn't show fingerprints.

quality toaster

I must say this is one beautiful toaster. Well worth the money. Love the black stainless steel. Made out of all metal. Does have the lever that raises extra to get toast out. I have had for about a month now with no problems. Toast, bagels, English muffins come out perfect.

Needs some redesigning and to be more consistent.

Just opened this and used it 5-6 times, to be fair. It is inconsistent at best. Sometimes the 3 1/2 setting is perfect for white toast, sometimes it burns toast. It did do a good job on a bagel (tried only once). Thing I don't like most is that you can't fit rye bread in the slots, only standard size white bread or a bagel. Rye bread would have to stick up and out, and it wouldn't toast what is sticking out! I am going to return. I did not get it as part of any promotion, maybe that is why I'm expecting more.

Great toaster

We bought this to replace a 10 year old toaster. It toast to perfection for the first 2-3 pieces of toast after that you need to turn it down so the other toast turn out how you want.
