Crux 6.3 Air Fryer

Horrible! Purchased in 2023 starting using in 2024. Worked less than one year. I have a smaller Air Fryer (not Crux) that we have been using since 2022 that still works. I am so disappointed. I will say this... I enjoyed it the short time it worked. We had some ideas this was an issue because once open the time stay the same after it was opened and closed back.

Lasted 2 Years

I absolutely loved this air fryer. It did a great job for the 2 years it lasted. I’m disappointed that it just gave out on me and now I have to purchase a new one. I’m not sure what the life span of an air fryer should be but definitely believe it should be more than two years. Outside of the life span it was a great product.

Really disappointed about this product

Please don't waste your money to buy this Air fryer. It's stop working whithin 8 months. I can't return to Macy's because return window is closed. I am really disappointed.

Disappointing purchase

It only worked for 8 months. In the process of getting replaced or money back. Definitely paying attention to other reviews
