After having a little over two years, the plastic part in back of waffle maker broke off and can’t get replacement part. Only used the product a dozen times. Poor quality. Crux number in booklet is only for registering products or if they are still under warranty. Customer service is a joke. Couldn’t even refer me anywhere for replacement part. I was told to look on the Internet.

broke so easily

better rotating material.. everything is perfect but it broke so easily... the little part needed to make it rotate broke apart.. its made of p[lastic.. i think that thing has to be metal...othen than that i loved for the short time a had it!!1

Do Not Buy

I only used it a few times and then it stopped working. They would not accept this back and told me I had to go straight to Crux. Crux did not help at all, worst customer service ever all around.

Waffle beaker

Horrible!!! Double side waffle maker stop opening up on one side. Waffle maker handle snapped off completely after six months of use

Lacks quality.

The cooking surfaces are not removable and therefore very difficult to clean. Once you handle the unit in order to clean, it comes loose and that's where the whole troubles begin. The middle heating unit stopped working. Probably a disconnected wire. I contacted Crux for repair under warranty but they take their sweet time responding.

Easiest Waffle Maker!

Not only is this easy to use and clean..., but the waffles come out golden brown and delicious! So happy I bought this Crux appliance.

Best waffle maker

Compact design with easy to use switches. I like the beep that tells you the waffles are done. Easy to use and the surface is non-stick which doesn't need any type of coating. I made my first batch using the recipe book provided and they turned out great. It's nice to be able to make several waffles at the same time, especially if you have company. The sale price made it most attractive to purchase for a second home.
