pizza pan nonstick

Love this Pizza Pan, even though it is suppose to be for pizza I have used it for multi purpose, like my Baked Egg Plant. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a multi purpose pan other than pizza.

Cauliflower Pizza Perfection

So, I don't really like Pizza, but I MISS pasta. I make Cauliflower Piazza, and on most pans the crust sticks really bad unless you use a flour dredge at the bottom. This Pan is not like the others...No added anything...the Pizza slides right off.

Works Great

Crux Nonstick Copper Pizza Pan is a great non stick pan! Pizza came out just right, nice and crispy edges. I have used it a couple of times now and would like to get more Crux Nonstick products.
