Great bake pan
Tried out this new cake pan and it definitely works as is stated. It does not stick. It is great for baking.
Love this pan!
I've now used this pan several times for a variety of desserts--it quickly became my new favorite! Not only is it beautiful, but it is versatile. Definitely recommend!
Excellent Quality
This cake pan is perfect not only for cake but for Thanksgiving morning Chai Vanilla Cinnamon rolls! I decided to give this a try the morning of Thanksgiving and was pleased to find that the claim of "NONSTICK" holds up! I had no issues with my cinnamon rolls falling apart or burning and crusting to the bottom of the pan. Cleanup was a breeze! I decided to give brownies a try also, because unlike most people I dont care for the corners when making brownies. I will now FOREVER make brownies in this pan! No crunchy corners, no stick to the pan falling apart brownies! JUST ABSOLUTELY DROOLWORTHY DELICIOUSNESS! Highly recommended for your baking needs!
Quality Through & Through
I was very pleased to receive this Crux Nonstick Copper 9" Cake Pan. I have never baked with copper, so I was excited. I put this pan through the ultimate tests, baking a Pineapple Upside-down Cake without greasing the pan. After letting the cake cool for about a half hour I flipped it over on a plate, tapped it a bit, and the cake came out. There was not much sticking! However, I don't think I used enough butter with my brown sugar at the bottom of the pan. Next was clean up, which was easy as pie (or cake, lol). I used my regular dish sponge with the scrubbing side because I wanted to see if the pan would scratch too. A couple swipes with the sponge, and viola, clean and scratch free too!!! I decided I would leave the pan in the sink over night with just a bit of water, to see if it would rust. Nope, no rust the next morning! I'm extremely happy with my new Crux Nonstick Copper 9" Cake Pan, and excited to make my next cake.
Good Cake Pan
I like this cake pan. The nonstick coating is nice. I also like the handles which make it easy to get out of the oven. Overall it is a very good cake pan.
