Not great

After searching for a while I decided to purchase this. I waited for it to go on sale. I waited almost 2 weeks to get it. It arrived today and was very disappointed. It is missing one of the cubic zirconia gems at the bottom, the chain looks nothing like the picture, and the chain has a big knot in it. Return
