Joint work needs work

While beautiful, the joints are way too stiff in some areas, and too flexible in others. I had to tweak the clasp myself bc it would barely catch, and the prongs to clip it closed didn’t catch at all.

Beautiful but it flips

Would have been 5 stars as this necklace is really beautiful and I would have kept it if it wasn't for the fact that it kept turning over. It looked great on and with the dress I bought it for. Bummer.

Cheaply made faulty breaks easily

Sent to me broken then replaced the next day only to snap in half 2 weeks later very distraught & disappointed at this point

Sad representation

I ordered this necklace online, and it arrived today, already broken! It came in the R.H. Macy & Co., Fine Jewelry box, but was not secured down. But that was not the reason it was broken, it just seems to be cheaply made. It broke at a joint near the tongue and groove box. I didn’t even get to try it on. I’m returning it for full refund. (I wish I could provide a picture here)

This necklace is so beautiful and wonderful quality but the clasp is not very secure. It will fall off with a little tug so I am waiting to wear it until I can take it somewhere and have a different clasp but on
