Nice cubic zirconia, not so good details in metal

I was so excited to receive this necklace. Unfortunately the metal doesn't look delicate and it's not a good match for the beautiful CZ. I wish they could do a better job on the metal so that the necklace wouldn't look cheap.

Disappointed disappointing upset

I was totally disappointed that the very nice necklace was just thrown in a small box that looks very, very cheap. The necklace was tangled and I am embarrassed to give it to my wife in its box.
