Would never buy any jewelry from her again

Well the stones fell out in about two months, and the clasp on the bracelet broke in two months. You guys offer no replacements or anything on a kind of expensive necklace is crazy.

Would have been 5 star but...

Received this yesterday from my hubby for my birthday gift. It's beautiful, wanted to love it but it feels scratchy on my skin. I wore it around the house to try it out. I was rather disappointed as it feels rough. Gold should feel smooth, and not bug you making you aware of it constantly. I am wondering if it's just this one that hasn't been polished smoothly, possibly? I plan to take it back to Macy's to see if it has an imperfection. Otherwise, I hope there is a solution, because I am in love with the style. it's gorgeous to look at, but don't like the feeling of irritation, as I am wearing it. I feel it could just be a flaw in the links. Hope I can get a resolution. Also, I felt the associate could have put it in a necklace box, as upon opening my gift it was crammed into a square box. That may have kinked the chain, making it rough. Hubby said, that's how they boxed it for him! First time that happened as Macy's always uses appropriate lovely packaging. Hoping to exchange!

I was in love with this necklace for a long time. The necklace is very pretty, but I'm not sure it will last, I'll write another review here in a while.

Nice, if you're looking for a choker piece.

It's a pretty piece, however I thought this to be longer (mentions it's 18" but it's not). It's more of a choker (around 14"). It's not what I wanted so it's a return for me.
