Poorly built and tangled very easily

without even wearing it it got tangled up and we couldn't use for even once. The store won't take it back claiming it's past the return period. What a waiste don't ever buy this

was a gift, I was soo embarrassed It broke on the first day. no quality I wouldn't recommend at all

Disappointed — Returning It

First, the chain arrived tangled in a knot near the clasp, which was frustrating right out of the box. Second, the chain is extremely thin and flimsy—barely visible against the skin. Third, it doesn’t even come with an extender, which really limits how you can wear it. No surprise it’s heavily discounted. While the pendant has a decent luster, the overall look is cheap and certainly doesn’t resemble white gold. I’ll definitely be sending it back.

Garbage

I bought this for my daughter’s birthday on January 19th. She wore it for two weeks and it broke. Unfortunately the window die return closed. How can the window close on what is supposed to be gold jewelry. The stone fell out after 2 and a half weeks. This is unacceptable. Do not buy this item. Absolutely garbage. I have shopping with macys for decades and have never purchased an item this flawed. Very disappointed.
