Small, loose backing

I like the earrings except the backing is extremely small and not vety tight. I cannot trust it not to fall off and I cannot find one that fits tightly.

Disappointed

The earrings arrived missing a back for one of the earrings. The other earring had a rubber back that did not hold up. Unfortunately, one of the earrings was lost within the first hour. Highly disappointed since I could not take them back for a refund.

Poor Quality

These earrings are poor quality. I would advise anyone thinking about buying them to refrain from doing so. The backing (even when used in conjunction with the clear plastic one) falls off. I already lost one. I reached out to Macy's customer service, both in store and online, for some sort of resolution (i.e., a new backing/earring, credit, etc.) to no avail. I've been a long-time Macy's customer, but either way, they should provide a resolution. The purchase was made in September 2024, however the issue took place a couple of months later, so it's past the 30-day return period. At least offer some sort of credit.

Earning broke in less than a month. Luckily Macys took it back and exchanged it.
