pretty earrings, but tinier than I expected

I bought these earrings for my daughter and she really liked the look of them, but they were too small.

Very pretty but small

These earrings are beautiful and appear sturdy, but they are very small, too small for my full earlobes. The description says 9/16th of an inch which should be a good 1/2 inch but they are smaller than that. I will give them to my daughter who has smaller ear lobes and second holes as well.
