never received

I ordered this smartwatch 2 weeks ago. Never received. Following the tracking number with USPS it states the seller never had it picked up from their facility. How do I get a refund for something that was never sent????

This is the one!

It does everything that you need in a sport's watch. It is lightweight and comfortable. You can download your personal pictures on the watch face, I just adore this watch.

Not like Samsung

Ordered this watch hoping that it would be a cheaper alternative to the Samsung watch 7. Unfortunately I was not very impressed. You cannot reply to text messages, you can't see the body of an email, can't see images sent by text. Ended up returning. This would be great for someone that wants a functionality of a smartwatch but simple to use.
