Well Designed - Great Value - Love it!
This is the coffee drinker's coffee machine. The 14-cup carafe is large, but I don't have to make two pots now. It has an internal cover for where the filter & coffee are added so there's no mistake water spill-over when filling the reservoir. Large display, easy to program, I thought I wouldn't use the +30, but I do all the time. In past coffee makes I've used H (hot) for the hotplate temperature, not this one. M is hot enough! Nice machine, great value.

Used more than one !!!
I will never know if I liked this coffee pot or not because when I opened the package and took out the coffee pot. There were a few coffee grounds in the carafe and the entire coffee pot smelled like coffee. I am positive that someone used it made coffee didn’t like it and then returned it. The coffee pot had been used a few times because it also had dust on the top and you could tell that the oils from coffee were in the basket. I don’t know who allowed the return, but I will not be buying again. Any appliances from Macy’s.
Good not great
Good not great. Wish I wouldn’t have thrown out the box so I could return it. It works well and coffee tastes smooth. First impression: looks great. After a couple of uses I’ve noticed that steam hits the dashboard after every brew. I could see that causing issues later on as water and electronics don’t mix. Also the lid to coffee pot is inconvenient. The water measure gauge is on the right side. I wish it was on both so I could put the coffee make on the left or the right side of my countertop.
Weaker coffee and dripping water on back.
We have had previous models of the Cuisinart 14-cup coffee makers. This one has the same exact complaint that we have sent to Cuisinart multiple times, when you open the top panel after it has brewed coffee water runs down the back of the coffee maker and all over the area behind it. That's one star off. Secondly, this Cuisinart doesn't offer a selection to make a stronger brew as all of our previous models did. This coffee maker doesn't make coffee as flavorable or strong as the prior ones did. We have to add several extra cups of ground coffe to achieve a good flavor, so minus another star.

Excellent Easy to use coffee maker
This coffeemaker is the best. It is easy to use, cleans up easily and the automatic feature is so convenient.

Great tasting - requires care when pouring
I’m giving it 4 stars as the coffee is perfect. Taste and heat is just how I like my coffeeThe only minor issue is that when you pour your coffee it drips all over the counter. I recently figured out after months that you must pour slowly and lift the lid or take it off when you pour your coffee.
Too many flaws-should be recalled
Very dissapointed with flaws! 1. Cant slide on counter 2. Cant pour without spilling 3. Returned to kohls and got the other 14 cup-no problems so far 4. Dont buy

Decent but carafe is clearly flawed
Good overall, but the carafe leaks terribly when pouring coffee.
