Two interchangeable trays in one package, the Cuisinart grilling prep and serve trays make the process of prepping and grilling even easier. Prep your raw meat on the red tray and transfer the meat to the grill, once the meat is cooked, place the black tray on top of the red to prevent cross-contamination, this way you will have a clean surface ready for your grilled meal. Very convenient!

I like how the trays are red and black so you can easily distinguish which will be the raw and cooked tray - there will be no cross contamination. These trays have a good weight to it, a good size, durable and dishwasher safe! For future improvements, I wished that these trays were a little more shallow.
