Product is great but delivered condition poor

Skillets arrived covered in dust, they were new but looked like they have been poorly stored before being shipped to me. I love Cuisinart brand but will not be buying from Macy's again.

Nice addition to my cooking arsenal.

These pans are just what we needed. They are the perfect size for everyday use. The weight is not to heavy but substantial enough. The pans can’t be beat for the price.

recieved scratched

I received my two pan package today. Unfortunately the cardboard/packaging has scratched the larger pan? Kind of disappointed to have a product that arrived that way. It is not easy for me to get to town to repackage and return so i may end up just keeping as the scratches are huge but enough that i noticed them.
